Returns, Exchanges and Shipping Policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY Please note that due to COVID-19, we have implemented the following return and exchange policy. As part of our COVID-19 response, we will temporarily NOT allow returns on items. RETURNS Defective Merchandise: If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 business days, you will no longer qualify for a return. You must send a photo to @ Jazzitupboutique2019@gmail.com of the damage/defect item along with all the details of your order invoice. **Please also keep the following in mind that: All SALE items are FINAL SALE All accessories are FINAL SALE All bodysuits, swimwear are FINAL SALE 

SHIPPING POLICY Effective March 23rd 2021 --- All orders are shipped via USPS only and should arrive within 7 business days. Please note: On occasion, it may take slightly longer for your package to arrive. This is typically due to routing errors or congestion during the holiday season. Jazz It Up Boutique is NOT responsible for lost or stolen items.

We provide a tracking number so you can check your package along the way! We will send you an email with the tracking number the same day your package is shipped.


CANCELLATIONS NO ORDER CANCELLATIONS, NO ORDER CHANGES! After your order has been placed it is no longer able to be cancelled.

Can I get my money back? For all returns we issue store credit only. Refunds are not available. Unfortunately, if the item is marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned. Are there any return fees? Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer. If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product we will cover the return cost.
